K9 Unit has arrived in Palma
Palma Business Park welcomes 10 new four legged members to join the GardaWorld security team.
The K9 unit has arrived in Palma and are adjusting to their new home at Palma Business Park.
The K9 unit will now start working with their new handlers to patrol and protect all African Century developments in Palma, namely Palma Business Park and Palma Residences.
All of GardaWorld canine security dogs and handlers are trained and certified to the standards set by the National Association of Security Dog Users (NASDU).
The dogs are mainly Boerboels, German Shepherds and Rottweilers trained in skills such as intruder detection, searching, patrolling and handler protection.
In order to ensure the continuation of excellent service, all of the dogs are constantly assessed and training is given to both dogs and handlers by our own NASDU approved trainer.
