15 second Fast check-in procedure implemented at Palma Residences
While we are still working on our own app in order to facilitate bookings, give information on special offers or even receiving and paying your hotel invoice online, Palma Residences has already implemented an innovating Fast Check-in procedure. The client holding a booking with us just needs to come to reception to pick up his/her room key card. Once our reception staff receive the email of the client the job is done. It takes just a few seconds of check-in as opposed to the long traditional filling in of documents and registering as in most of hotels all over the world. Every client will in minutes receive an email on his/her telephone with a link to our simple check in form, this is to be submitted while having a deserved cold beer in our bar or maybe just enjoying a sunbed besides the swimming pool. If the client wishes the hotel invoice can also be sent after check-in is complete.
