Graça Machel visited Palma Residences
The president of FDC, Fundação para Desenvolvimento da Comunidade, Mrs. Graça Machel, visited Palma during her recent August trip to Cabo Delgado, where FDC is working with several districts implementing different programs on malaria prevention and women rights. Mrs. Machel, former minister of Culture of Mozambique and former, as well, first lady of Mozambique and first lady of South Africa, honored us spending the night with one of her grand daughters in Palma Residences and having dinner in our Bagamoyo restaurant. The widow of Nelson Mandela, currently among the 100 most respected people in the world, according to the north american organization Reputation Poll, appreciated Palma Residences service and facilities, where our 90-60 Employment Policy (90% locals, 60% minimum women) has been implemented.
